Insurance and Billing
Eye Surgery and Laser Center accepts most major insurances. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage is between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

A stellar eye surgery practice. Plan on a VERY thorough exam - they’ll know your eyes down to the molecule before anyone touches your eyes, and that’s a GOOD thing. Dr. Damon Welch did my cataracts, discussed my options with me beforehand and gave me the outcome I hoped for - vision without glasses! They deserve your trust.
